You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at participating retail locations. Simply order your exchange online, and we will provide a prepaid label to return your empties in the same box.
Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
It depends on the model. Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked carbonating bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher, while our classic BPA-free plastic bottles should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that CO2 cylinders are shipped via ground transportation due to safety regulations, which may slightly extend delivery times to certain regions.
