We want you to love your bubbles; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your SodaStream products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that used CO2 cylinders are non-refundable due to safety regulations and must be exchanged through our specialized refill program.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your sparkling water maker and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
